Founded 27 years ago, the South Suburban Cultural Enrichment Organization (SSCEO) is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to nurturing the talents of exceptional students through scholarships that support their academic pursuits.

Our journey is guided by a passionate group of 20 women who generously volunteer their time on our board. Together, we enhance our community programs, empowering teens and enriching their lives with diverse experiences that extend beyond the classroom walls.

From exhilarating horseback rides to heartfelt community service initiatives, from fun strikes at the bowling alley to refining social skills with etiquette training, and from fostering financial literacy in workshops, we ensure our students are equipped not only with academic excellence but also a comprehensive set of life skills.
